Die nächste Runde von unserem Freund Paul Ross - zweifacher UK Barista Champion - und seiner noch jungen Rösterei. Ein Aji Bourbon, eine ganz besondere Varietät die ihren Namen von seiner Kaffeekirsche bekommen hat. Diese hat den Farmer geschmacklich an Chili-Pfeffer erinnert, weshalb er die Varität Aji Bourbon genannt hat. Aber keine Sorge, ausschließlich das Fruchtfleisch schmeckt so. Der gebrühte Filter ist eine süße Bombe, die sehr an Karamell und Schokolade erinnert. Unser Fazit: Süß, süß, süß, süß!

This coffee is only sold in individual portions of 15g each. The beans are vacuum packed 10-14 days after roasting and then stored frozen. This completely stops the natural aging process and the coffee stays fresh for up to 2 years. Provided the vacuum is not lost during shipping, it can be stored again in the freezer.
