FINCA INMACULADA filter coffee - Special Guests Coffee (Single Brew Portion 15g)

We pulled this lovely Sudan Rume out of the depths of our freezer. We had a lot of fun with this filter coffee right after roasting it. Our friends around Paul Ross from Special Guests Coffee gave this Colombian a tropically sweet description and we can only agree - berry, sweet, tropical, wonderfully balanced.

This coffee is only sold in individual portions of 15g each. The beans are vacuum packed 10-14 days after roasting and then stored frozen. This completely stops the natural aging process and the coffee stays fresh for up to 2 years. Provided the vacuum is not lost during shipping, it can be stored again in the freezer.
