Nun schon das vierte Jahr in Folge haben wir einen Thailand, geröstet von unserem Freund John Schot - Head Roaster und Inhaber von Schot Coffee Roasters - im Angebot. Dieses Jahr wurde es ein Lactic Natural als Omniroast aus der Chiang Rai Region in Thailand überzeugte uns besonders als Filterkaffee, wo er unerwartete funkige Noten mitbringt. Primär jedoch erinnert uns dieser Kaffee an ein die Traube-Nuss Schokolade von Ritter Sport, sowohl als Espresso als auch als Filterkaffee gebrüht.
